This notice summarises how we handle personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish data protection law (KVKK). What we process
- Player profiles: name, date/year of birth, nationality, height, weight, position, club, match statistics, measurements, scout assessments and the ratings derived from them. Data on professional players comes from licensed sports data providers and public sources.
- Applications: the information, video links, optional photo and contact details you submit.
- Messages: the name, e-mail address and message you send through the contact form.
- Visitors: an irreversible, daily-changing hash of the IP address for security; cookieless visit statistics; advertising cookies only if you consent.
Purpose and legal basis
Assessing football players’ abilities and making them visible to clubs (legitimate interest; consent for photos and for minors’ profiles), reviewing applications and answering messages, platform security (legitimate interest) and legal obligations.
Children’s data
Players under 16 are never added automatically; they are only published after a parent’s application, explicit consent and an editorial check. These profiles are not indexed by search engines and show no value or ranking. No market value is shown for players under 18, and health information of minors is never published. Contact details are never published.
Automated assessment
Ratings are computed algorithmically. For some players, the Pyasso match analysis score produced by our proprietary AI match-watching algorithm affects the rating in a limited (at most ±5 points) and logged way. Ratings and values are estimates and are not used for decisions with legal effect. You can ask for a human review or correction at any time.
Retention
Rejected applications are deleted within 12 months and messages within 24 months. On request, profile data is deleted or corrected within 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to object to it and to lodge a complaint (GDPR Art. 15–22, KVKK Art. 11). Use the data request form on this site or write to [email protected].
